I can't think of a Beatles album that does not fit the definition of a perfect album , looking at it from the point of "no filler". Well, maybe "Yellow Submarine", but I believe that album was not an official Beatles release.
But the more I have listened to "Abbey Road" , the more I think it is the best album they ever did. I know that many people would say "Sgt Peppers", but I think "Abbey Road" is better.
All of the songs just fit together so well, and all of the members contributed some really great songs.
